Only exchange or store credit can be applied if items are defective or damaged due to our error.
You have 30 days from the date of your purchase to inform us that your item is defective or damaged. You will then be eligible for an exchange or a store credit (if applicable). The item must be returned to us, and must not be worn or used and in the original packaging. We require a receipt or proof of purchase to complete the exchange or store credit.
After 30 days from the date of your purchase, we cannot offer you an exchange or store credit.
Once the defective/damaged item is received, we will notify you via email if the item is approved or not for an exchange or store credit.
If approved, then an exchange will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your account with us.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for your item. Shipping costs are non refundable.
If your item is worth over $50, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we don’t guarantee that we will receive your return.
